A wonderful place! Located in the heart of the old town. A small but very modern and comfortable guesthouse! The host is amazing, everything is so well thought out for the comfort of guests 👍 The room is very clean and modern, comfortable and cozy with an oriental touch! We were greeted with smiles and seen off! For our convenience and to help us navigate the city, the host offered a city map with markings of the most beautiful places and the best restaurants! Thank you very much! Wishing you prosperity and success! We will definitely come again.

Wonderful hotel! First off, it has a modern, designer style, everything is absolutely new. The rooms are duplexes, with a living area downstairs that includes a fridge, microwave, kettle, and a set of dishes, plus a shower room. The sleeping area is upstairs. There are soft, snow-white towels, and in the shower room, you'll find soap, shower gel, shampoo, and toothbrushes. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable! There's also air conditioning and a TV if you need one. You order breakfast the day before, and it's delivered to your room, consisting of a main dish and a ton of other things: cheeses, cold cuts, bread, fruits, sweets, yogurts, nuts – so much food! The owner, Hakim, is a friendly and welcoming host who will help you with anything you need. The courtyard has trees, bushes, and sunshades, which is a lifesaver in the summer. I definitely recommend it!!! 10 out of 10!!!!

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and it felt so nice coming back every night to a place that felt like a home. The deco was very modern and had a nice bathroom. But what stood out was the breakfast, we’d wake up in the morning to a knock on our door and a freshly cooked meal. We tried so many of their options and I would recommend the shashuhka and sandwich, but you can’t really go too wrong. The owner is super friendly and the location of the property is right next to many of the main attractions, so much so that we walked over to many of them.

Wonderful hotel with incredibly kind hosts. Everything was top-notch – so cozy, spotless, and beautiful. Delicious breakfasts served in the garden. The hosts are always ready to help with any questions. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone; every detail has been thoughtfully considered. I'd happily choose this hotel again if I'm ever in Bukhara. The location is also excellent.

I had the best time staying here! The room is very nice with a lot of amenities, the beds are comfy and there’s even a kitchen for light cooking. It’s located very near to all the main attraction and you can easily walk everywhere. The breakfast was so good as well, I enjoyed it so much! It will be delivered to the room every morning & there’s few option to choose from. Hakim is very friendly, helpful and attentive. He even printed me Bukhara attraction maps with a list of recommended restaurant. Even I came alone I felt very safe and welcomed. The rate is very affordable as well considering the location & the service. Highly recommended for all types of traveller especially solo female traveller 🫶🏻

A truly wonderful and modern accommodation with great design and the best hospitality. Hakim was super welcoming and friendly and made sure everything was perfect, also gave excellent tips about the city - both sightseeing and the best food options. Very highly recommended! 🤗
