Because we were a couple, we were asked to get another room. But something happened and we couldn't find the front desk. We found the front desk and asked us to write an email.
We wrote an email to express our dissatisfaction with the communication and were very dissatisfied with the service attitude. The person who responded to the email was very rude and asked me to respect myself because we did not have a marriage certificate to open a room. We asked ourselves to admit our mistakes and said that we would complain to Ctrip. The hotel is mysterious and mysterious. We communicate everything by email and never tell anyone's name. The hotel's location is right next to Bukhara Pedestrian Street and very close to attractions. Breakfast was cooked by a very kind local aunt. It tasted good. The boss said that the aunt had made it in a Michelin restaurant before and it was highly recommended. The restaurant has a history of 200 years. The room is small but comfortable.

It is right next to the old city's pedestrian street, and only a few hundred meters walk will lead you to the square with the Afanti statue. Newly renovated, the environment and service are OK. The breakfast is quite rich, filling up the table and you can't finish it at all. The only drawback is that most of the rooms have no windows at all, and the air is regulated by only one air conditioner.
