Zehra Hotel

My husband and I were visiting Bukhara and booked this hotel with a pool based on filters. On the plus side, the hotel is new and the bedding is good. Of the minuses, the POOL will probably be finished in a YEAR ((( why advertise that there is a pool?? I would definitely choose another hotel. The location is far away, the view from the window is on the cemetery (( the staff has apparently changed, they do not pay attention to the guest at all, they are not hospitable, the administrators guys watched my husband drag two suitcases to the third floor (there is no elevator) the stairs are steep and did not even help, we sat sprawled on the couch. On the third floor there is another surprise 😳 there is a bar and they sell alcohol and the soundproofing is excellent ((. There was no refrigerator in our room and the room next to it (it was advertised with a refrigerator) there are also no sconces above the beds, which is extremely inconvenient, in the evening the overhead bright light is not cozy. We went to a hotel with a pool, took swimming accessories, went to neighboring hotels where there is a pool (the price is like ours), but they do not let you in for money, they say only for hotel guests!!! In general, guys, decide for yourselves, but we found decent options for ourselves close to the old city and By the pool...😜🌞Have a nice holiday!!! And by the way, one of the advantages is that there's a cafe nearby that makes good pilaf👍

Advantages: 1. Excellent location, approximately a 15-minute walk from Registan Square. 2. Good front desk service; the staff at the front desk helped with luggage up and down the stairs even though there's no elevator. 3. There's a viewing platform on the third floor, a good place to relax and have tea, suitable for leisure travelers. Disadvantages: 1. Room types are not standard; there are both large and small double rooms, so early check-in allows for better selection. When no rooms were available, I was given a triple room, which was spacious, but the bed was very narrow, estimated to be about 0.8 meters wide. 2. There's no POS machine at the front desk; credit cards cannot be used for payment, and the original deposit cannot be deducted; only cash payment is accepted.

The room was ok, the price was right, and the service was great!

Excellent new hotel, not far from the Old Town, there is a large supermarket right next door. The hotel has just opened, the freshest bed linen, cleanliness everywhere. Delicious breakfasts, excellent coffee - there is a coffee machine, they serve traditional sugar, jam. Upstairs there is a cozy area with sofas. Very friendly hosts, they helped us a lot.

Location: Located outside the city, not far from Jacques Castle, but quite far from the old town center; not a particularly central location overall. Cleanliness: The hotel is relatively new, and the beds, towels, and bathroom were clean. The staff were also quite friendly. Breakfast included eggs, sausages, bread, cheese, and fruit, but breakfast was only available from 8-10 am, so it was too late if you left early in the morning. We had a corner room, and the noise from some machine early in the morning was quite annoying. The hotel price is a bit ridiculous. A room for one person costs around 300 RMB, but for two people it's close to 500 RMB, only 200 RMB more for an extra breakfast. However, since we had already gone to the front desk, we couldn't get a refund or change rooms. 300 RMB is acceptable, but 500 RMB is quite expensive in Bukhara, and the price-performance ratio isn't high.

September 25, 2020: I stayed at Zehra Hotel for two days and had a very good experience. It was very clean, and the walls in the lobby were already showing off the nearby attractions. The owner automatically helped guests carry their luggage upstairs with a smile and was very friendly. The breakfast was well-organized, and the best thing was the bowl of cereal.

The reception staff are twins, and parking is convenient.

The hotel is the newest and freshest, within walking distance to the old city and the market. Everything is clean, the bed and towels are snow-white. They quickly checked us in at night, and we arrived at four o'clock. And what nice and friendly people work there, trying to do everything for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the girl at the reception (she is really a jack of all trades, maybe even a manager). She responded to all our requests. Breakfasts (porridge and scrambled eggs with sausages, pizza, pie), everything is delicious. The only wish is to change the coffee machine, because it is not very convenient to operate it yourself, and it takes a long time, but otherwise everything is super!!!
