Excellent location, great breakfasts served on the terrace, reliable Wi-Fi, and hot water. All the main attractions and the market are just a 5-10 minute walk away. The owners' eldest daughter is very attentive and speaks both English and Russian, which was a great help. We had an early check-out and asked for breakfast to go; they packed everything for us and brought it the evening before.

Everything was great, I enjoyed it. We initially had some trouble with the location, but then we found a landmark to guide us.

There were a lot of ants in the room. The bathroom smelled like sewage. The toilet stopped flushing. All the tourist attractions are about a 15-minute walk away. Breakfast is plentiful. On the second day, they customized our breakfast to our liking.

Our impression of the hotel was seriously marred by the fact that they charged a higher tourist tax than the amount stated in the booking app. We never received change for the tax; the owner went to change money and we never saw him again. We didn't complain, it wasn't a large amount, but we learned our lesson. The bed linens and towels were stained. The room's furniture consisted of two beds, two nightstands, a TV, and a closet with a hanger, but no shelves, so there was nowhere to put things. Upon check-in, they didn't even tell us where breakfast would be; it's in the basement, if anyone needs it. The positives include the location, 5-10 minutes from the main attractions. I don't recommend this hotel and I definitely won't be returning.

The hotel is very conveniently located, with all the sights within walking distance. The downsides include an uncomfortable bed and a poorly functioning shower. Breakfast was good, and the host was friendly.
