Bukit Lawang Indah

I went for the one day jungle trek and Mr Yani the guide was very helpful , professional and he had a lot of sense of humour! I would recommend this trip highly to anyone. The vegetarian food options were many as being a veggie that was my main concern. The restaurant has excellent veggie options too. I was able to spot a few Oranguatans during the trek and that made my day.

Incredible authentic Sumatra feeling! Very friendly, excellent food, best food in Bukit Lawang! Would like to stay forever there! You quickly meet really many nice people, a lot of music and atmoshpere, you immediately feel at home!

We booked a two day jungle track and therefor two nights at Bukitlawang Indah and it was a true highlight of our indonesia trip. The rooms were simple but clean and all the staff are really friendly (as well as great musicians at the evening yam session). The jungle track was so great that we actually extended to two nights and three days. Our guides Didi and Martin where very helpful and nice and made the days as well as the evenings at the camps very fun. Robin cooked lots of delicious food for us, with many vegetarian options as we requested before.
