Exactly the kind of places I’m looking for - comfy, clean and spacious for a family to wind down after a day. The rooms are clean and spacious, with view overlooking the Bukit mertajam. Location wise is convenient enough to drive around and around 5mins drive away from the Michelin CKT. Bathroom is clean and equipped with strong shower, good shampoos. Only thing is, the house is really cooling even without switching on the AC, which is a really good thing. We even watched World Cup third place play off for the night at the living room. Nice place, would book again if I need a night at BM.

Overall, it was okay. Just note that you’ll need to collect a QR code from the Level 6 counter before entering the parking area. I had to park outside first. A designated parking lot will be assigned to you afterwards.

Always a great stay there. The cleanliness, service, hospitality, and comfort of the room is great.

my experience was disappointing. The reception service was poor. Overall, the accommodation itself was acceptable, but the poor customer service and inaccurate parking information made the stay frustrating. State 2 Car Park , but only provide 1 parking lot. I hope the management improves their service and ensures that the information provided to guests is accurate.

Overall good as is still new, hence, well keep. Checking process also very clear and friendly staffs too. Will book again if I ever come back to Bukit mertajam.

the unit is clean, aircond is strong, which is important for recent hot weather, there's even a LG water machine for both hot and cold water.
