Love the location of the hotel, right opposite the malls and shopping streets. Breakfast spread not bad, but i wished they change the menu daily. By the third day i was quite bored with the selection. The staff were friendly and nice. But i think they can improve to stop taking everyone’s passport for data protection. Don’t understand why need everyone’s passport when other hotels are not doing the same though. They also really strict and check that the towels are not “taken”. I had asked for extra towel but they didnt deliver, so i took one from my mother’s room next door. Upon checkout was shocked to hear that we needed to pay an amount for the missing towel. Hmm, this is something again that other hotels don’t practice. Generally the hotel is old, think they can do better on the maintenance of the facilities.
