Room is good. Location is great near to the Jam Gadang and Pasar Atas and outside the hotel there are alot of shops. Alot of tourist from Malaysia.

The hotel is near to Jam Gadang. About 5 minutes of walking, Breakfast is OK. Service is great. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. A bit of climbing the stairs to get to the reception area.

The location is very strategic near to Bukittingi main attraction which is Jam Gadang

Staff very friendly ,however cleanliness not satisfactory esp bathroom ...tiles look like didn't washed properly as there is a lot of dust om surface ofvy tiles .

Location is exellent, few minute walk to Jam Gadang. Over all good.

Near to Jam Gadang. Big size room and comfort hotel for family traveller. Only, need to improve breakfast foods where we experience all 3 days having under par quality of foods especially the chicken based dish.

never seen a hotel that have event place are located infront of guest room (level 2). and also same level with reception, lobby, restaurant with guest room (level 1). please avoid those level if u want a peaceful in vacation. in the room also so badly and not in good condition.

Overall the room and cleanliness were okay.. it was just that at breakfast I asked for sunny side up eggs, it took almost an hour, when I had finished my fried rice, I asked again, annoyed, I answered that I had finished the rice, I asked again, it happened twice, I stayed here twice. , STINGY BANGED NGASI EGGS!
