Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi

Upon entering the rooms I found used cotton buds , Rooms was unbearable dirty, smelly ,dusty and leaking immediately I got cough and asthma attack. They changed me to a different room but the condition more and less are the same, again they going to change to another room but I refused I told them to clean the room properly, finally the room are tolerable but still need improvement. The management send me an apology card but I don’t enjoy my holiday because oh my sickness .

Big room with balcony. Great staff. 24hrs room service. Only is the toilet is not clean. Theres a mold. & look old. But the room is nice. The bed is soft. Sleep well. U can ask the reception to book for a body massage at all times. The breakfast was great with full of local food. Night time they have a live band which u can sing along or just request any songs. The restaurant served delicious food. Its not expensive. Location only 5mins walk to Ramayana & Jam Gadang.

So far so good, there’s room need to be renovated, it’s getting too old.

Nicely located with big spacious rooms accommodated us well. Breakfast was good with local foods. Value for money indeed.
