Boudl Al Rawdah

The accommodation was clean, and the Saudi staff were very professional. However, there's one Saudi female employee whose attitude towards guests could use some improvement.

I booked two nights at Boudl and honestly, it was elegant and clean, and the room was spacious, probably because it's new. However, I unfortunately encountered several issues: - The lighting was extremely dim, especially in the bathroom. No exaggeration, it felt like there were no lights on at all. I even asked someone to check it, but they said that's how the lighting is and it can't be changed. - The second thing is the room. They gave me a ground-floor room because it was a standard booking. I don't mind that, but it only had half a window, supposedly to reduce noise. Unfortunately, it was useless as the windows had terrible soundproofing. - The air conditioning was excellent, but sometimes it would make an annoying noise that would come and go on its own. - This is my first time booking in Al-Qassim, but not my first time staying in a hotel, so I was surprised they only provided a toothbrush. I expected to see a comb, cotton pads, and lotion, especially for the price I paid. - As for breakfast, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best. It could be better if they offered things like smoked salmon, more cheese varieties, and riper fruit, because the strawberries were sour.

The reception staff are not trained and deal in a bad way with the guests. The hotel is new, but the swimming pool is very small, unlike the pictures. I do not recommend it.
