Nice area and nice front desk but filled with cockroaches you can see them all night throughout the whole room

Everything was very good,except it doesn’t have a airport transport and this was the reason I booked this hotel. Being that it’s so close to the airport you would think it would have at lease one or two trips to the airport.

It was a basic hotel for a simple place to shower and sleep. Nothing special.

The carpet was very dirty. There was no ironing board but there was an iron. There were no bath towels we had to ask and pick them up at the front desk. The sheets were ery worn and the pillows were hard/worn out. There was no hair dryer in the room had to request one and pick up at the front desk. The heater unit was extremely loud. There was no housekeeping provided daily. We would not stay there again.

One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed in. We stayed only a few hours, once the roaches appeared we checked out.

This was an awefuk stay. First they did not have my booked room clean or available. I waited 45 minutes for them to provide me not one dirty room, but to both rooms. No towels, dirty, n9 soaps and i was just too tired to complain to a manager thay was notvthere and was aware of the issues before he left. Do not stay at this hotel it was dirty and I eben had to sleep with my clothes on so I didnt touch the sheets or bed.

Location, location, location. Excellent location. Some staff was nice, while others.....Room service is every 2 weeks. Old fashioned, fridge really, really dirty.

I was confused about no coffee maker/coffee in room. Had to request- along with anything else needed in the kitchen? Had to remove and dispose of trash? Grab and go breakfast consisted of a granola bar and gosh awful coffee. Strange business model. Won't be back.
