The staff in the hotel were very friendly and nice. I am a disabled women and had a epileptic seizor in the hotel. The cause being a song being played on the hotel speakers. They immediately turned the song down and changed the song so that it would help me. The staff is 100% amazing in my opinion. When I told them of a few issues I had with the hotel itself. instead of taking it the wrong way and getting mad like other hotels i have seen do. they took it to the higher ups and told me they would take care of it. And they talked to us about it instead of ignoring the issue. One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Defiantly coming back in the future.

An American breakfast is served in the morning. There are toast, bread, various jams, sausages, scrambled eggs, yogurt, milk, coffee, and fruit. The room is larger with a kingsize bed and a sofa bed (need to be spread out by yourself). Feeling thinner, the air conditioner needs to be higher, but the sound of the air conditioner is louder, which is a big problem for the neurasthenic guests. I chose to live here mainly because I have to go to Universal Studios. The road is not far away. I can get it in the morning of 20 minutes. Not far from the California Institute of Technology, not far from Greenfield Park, but just happened to meet the sunny weekend, there are many people going up the mountain, the road is blocked.

The overall was good, we checked in at night at the time, the front desk staff was very welcoming, check-in was also very fast, and the hotel parking lot location was relatively large. A $ 50 deposit is charged upon check-in and will be returned to the card upon check-out. I do n’t know how long it will take to return, I have n’t received the message yet.
