Hotel Ter Zand - Handwritten Collection

We had an amazing experience. The 5course dinner was amazing as well as breakfast the next day. A lot of different choices and variety. We stayed in a room with a terrace. The bathroom has 2 sinks and a spacious shower. The bed was very nice and soft as well.

We had a great stay at the Boutique hotel ter Zand. Good beds and a nice location. Walking to the beach is like 25 minutes. Very nice hotel and good service. Left balloons and a birthdaycard for my boyfriend because it was his birthday. Very nice suprise!!

Wonderfull ... the place to be in Zeeland ! 2 fantastic nights. No external noise. Peacefull and clean. Excellent service in the bar and restaurant. Delicious breakfast ! If you Come in Zeeland, station here and enjoy. Five stars in my adresses book !

Very good hotel: nice and spacefull rooms (only heating in bedroom and bathroom was more difficult to manage), good breakfast (maybe more dutch cheese and fresh orange juice), fine restaurant, friendly staff and access to swimming pool and sauna.

Modern rooms and perfect location with hiking trails at walk-in distance. Pricy but good breakfast. Nice and friendly people at reception and at breakfast. Why do I need to use 200 (two hundred) characters for a review? Succeeded…

One of the worst hotel experiences. When we walked into the building we immediately noticed the very unfresh smell. The carpet didn’t look clean all around the edges. The smell intensified in our room and especially at the fridge which had obviously not been cleaned. .There were no towels at all in our room and only one glass. When we went to report this at reception we were told the cleaners would come the next day. No-one turned up. Empty cola bottles stayed in the corridor all day. On closer inspection our room was dusty and dirty all around the edges and under the bed. One of the bedsheets had holes in it. And the sheets were not properly put on. There were no extra pillows in case we needed a less thick one. The safe was so small it didn’t even hold an ipad. A plug in the bathroom sink didn’t work and the sink filled up with water. The hairdryer was almost useless being nearly impossible to keep switched on. An android tablet looked promising but didn’t work unless attached to the charger, so wasn’t much use. We were informed we could use the wellness in another hotel, but it wasn’t known if towels would be supplied there. Coming into the carpark in the evening there was almost no light to find our way. On top of all this we had to pay 9€ /night for parking. So all-in-all not much of a positive experience. We won’t be back.
