There was a demand for $200 towards incidentals, which should have been advised by Trip.com. Floor Carpet in the room was not clean

There was no food! Lol .... the housekeeping walked into my room without knocking just after 10am ... very rude and inappropriate.... especially since checkout is not until 11 am .... as well when I tried to call the front desk the phone wasn't working....
