Very nice house and clean but it was a bit too hot in the room. (In the summer) I could not sleep even with a fan.

1. The mattress quality was really poor; you could feel the springs just by lightly pressing on it.
2. There were residual hairs on the bedsheets.
3. The TV was not working.
4. As an American-style wooden house, the sound insulation was quite bad.
I tried contacting the owner four times, but no one answered, and it went straight to voicemail. Customer service was unresponsive.
This is clearly a professional landlord with absolutely no after-sales service to speak of.
The area itself felt safe, and the overall exterior of the house was good. Just for your reference.

This was my second stay, and it was once again more comfortable than I expected. It's just a few minutes from the Metrotown SkyTrain station, Crystal Mall, and T&T Supermarket. The location is super convenient, and it feels very safe.
