Reviews of Grand Turkuaz Hotel

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The property feels very worn out and poorly maintained. The bed and bed linens were extremely old, and the mattress felt like it was made only of soft foam. It sank deeply under my back, and every time I turned during the night, it caused noticeable back pain. Cleanliness was also not handled with enough care. Especially accessories and glasses in the room were not properly cleaned and seemed dirty. Breakfast was acceptable but very basic, with limited variety. The pastries were not fresh or crispy, and when some items ran out, they were not refilled. There was also a lack of clear information, especially regarding internet access and breakfast details. The staff seemed very tired and unhappy, although they were still polite and respectful. Overall, the hotel needs serious renovation and improvement in both comfort and service quality.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Turkey. I booked a superior king room, but the experience was terrible. The curtains barely opened, and when they did, we were facing a residential building on the first floor, completely lacking any privacy. The air conditioning also didn't work properly and had no heating function. Furthermore, the hotel advertised itself as being about 1.8 km from the city center, but it felt more like 3 to 4 km in reality, which was a significant misrepresentation. The overall service and stay were extremely disappointing, and I felt misled. Overall, this hotel offers very poor value for money. I definitely won't be staying here again and wouldn't recommend it to other travelers.

Hotel was comfortable, clean, good facility, service was good. Location is good if you want to be around but generally you have better options for location

The location of the hotel was in a very nice place. Especially the employees were very friendly and helpful. We were also satisfied with the breakfast.

Room was not clean there was hair all over the bed and pillows it was disgusting, least they can do is double check that the bed sheets are clean. Breakfast was good. Carpark was good. Would not go again.

Pleasant enough you can stay a few days as it’s close enough to places you need to go to.

Location far ulu cami but clean room and bathroom. Breakfast fast is amazing.

Good hotel, good room. but it is located at near of the road (D200). So there is a bit noisy.

The stay was great. Just the lift looks a bit spooky the rest everything was great
