Premier Inn Burton On Trent East

Room and bathroom was a wonderful size, well laid out and set up. Alison the receptionist was cheerful and greeted with a warm reception.

Lovely stay here:) bed was comfy and room was very clean. We were checked in by Michelle who was absolutely lovely! So kind to us and helpful, some of the best service I’ve ever had:) thank you so much Michelle:) would stay here again, you can’t go wrong with good rooms and great staff:)

A credit to Premier inn chain We are at this hotel at the moment and we had a family room which was larger than we are normally used to. We have travelled from Germany and have really enjoyed our stay so far as the staff are very friendly and helpful in paticularlly the lady named Michelle at reception, she was really friendly and we were offered a complementary glass of prosecco which i find goes above and beyond what i am used to at Premier inn. Your staff are indeed an asset to your hotel.

Stayed a few Premier Inns over the years… and the service at this hotel is second to none. Warm and friendly welcome, clean and comfortable room with additional chocolates, which may I say was a nice surprise. Couldn’t ask for anything more, great stay.

A wonderful night's sleep and lovely stuff, really helpful and kind, Alison helped up with all our needs, the room was warm, comfortable and a good shower, all you need for an easy getaway, even though it's close to a main road I couldn't hear anything during the night.

This place is in desperate need of being updated and refurbished We stayed here for one night whilst in the area for a funeral. The whole place smelt dank and musty and us run down Our room had holes in the blackout curtains The bathroom light didn’t work The room was run down We ventured next door to The Stanhope Arms. It was grim. We decided to find somewhere else to eat After a bad nights sleep we left early and found somewhere nice for breakfast I can’t recommend this place at all. At £140 a night it should be better

Very friendly, perfect for a stay over with my son on our road trip. We enjoyed a nice meal, and took advantage of the Adult breakfast with kids eating free. The staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel is selected by my employer when I regularly visit the area and each time I am kept awake by loud music, which I can only assume is from the restaurant attached to this hotel. No matter when I visit it’s the same occurrence, even my earplugs don’t drown out the drum and bass penetrating my ears until after 10pm. This hotel must be for ravers.
