Best Spa Hotel in Busan

I had an amazing time at the Paradise. There was a very kind concierge who worked at the front desk (I believe his name is HyoSeok). Soaking in the outdoor pools was splendid— very organized, clean and a great view. The breakfast was delicious, with a real honey comb dripping delicious honey and a nice blend of western and eastern food choices. The restaurant is located very close to a traditional market that sells very famous street foods and it sits right in the beach (gorgeous view). Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Friendly staff who can understand and speak rather fluent English 👍 Good location, in between two subway Seomyeon station and Beomnaegol station 👍 and near Lotte department store and plenty of eateries!!! Affordable yet great sevice and clean hotel, stayed five nights in May 2023. I'll definitely stay here again in my next Busan trip and strongly recommend to all looking for gòod value for money with great service hotel👍👏 🙌

The location of the hotel is great and the view is very good. Don't join the yachts provided by the hotel because the fees are more expensive. There are similar yachts available near the pier. The hotel swimming pool gym is free and practical, but you must pay attention to the time of use.

The scenery is really beautiful. The only drawback is that a 5-star hotel does not provide toothbrushes and you have to pay. Although it is not expensive, it is a bit disappointing. It is almost 10rmb, but the room is large and comfortable. The location near the sea is a bit remote.

I have been to many hotels in Busan, but I am very satisfied with this hotel. The swimming pool and outdoor pool were warm and the friendliness of the staff was different from other hotels. I felt very grateful that they tried to do their best when I requested things like adjusting the kids lounge use time or vehicle departure time. And since I have a child, I was a bit concerned about walking around barefoot on the carpet, but was there a turndown service while I was away? I had a great experience, the staffs were nice and they even helped me book a taxi going to the airport. The rooms are clean and they made sure to always provide new towels and robe everyday. There’s also a safe inside the room to keep your valuables. They have a small Sauna if you want to relax and the breakfast was nice, it’s a buffet with plenty of choices and you can eat with a view of the city because its on the 25th floor. It’s 30-45 minutes away from the Gimhae international airport.

Pros: Great Location. It was 3 mins from Busan station which is next to KTX station. We booked a family room for six, each of us has a single bed, place is spacious enough and was value for money. There was also a big bathtub. Cons: No hangers in the bathroom. No wardrobe/ hangers in the room itself. Basically, clothes have to be in your luggage or all over the place. Overall: The hotel reopened in Sep 2019. A pleasant stay.

I chose this hotel with high expectations because it had a hot spring bath and the overall reviews were good. 【It was good point】 ・The room is spacious enough that you can spread out your large carrying case without any problems. - Good location, the beach and market are close to the hotel. And since it was on the 16th floor, the view was great. ・There were no bath towels in the room, and the instructions said that an additional 2000W was required, and the reviews also said that bath towels would be charged, but when I asked the front desk, I was able to receive bath towels for free. -Cleaning time was until 5pm, so it was very helpful for us, who don't like getting ready and going out early in the morning, to be able to have the room cleaned even if we left late. [Unfortunate points] ・Perhaps because the facility is old, the wash basin and table in the room were dirty, and when I wiped them with the wet wipes I had brought with me, they were covered in dirt. . . ・There are many places in the room where you can feel the deterioration. However, I can totally tolerate it if I think of it as a hotel just for sleeping. ・There are hot springs and saunas, but I felt that the etiquette of the customers was not very good (even though the women had long hair, they did not tie it up and just soaked it in the hot water...this may be a concern since it is Japan) ) ・There is a charge for parking (I didn't look into this properly, but it's about 1200 yen per day). Then I wanted to stay at a clean hotel with free parking.

As the name of the hotel suggests, it has a spa. Hotel guests can use it free of charge. There is no shower curtain in the bath in the room, but it is dry enough for the next day. It's close to the subway station and the market, so you don't have to worry about where to eat. There is no problem even if you are alone. It took about 10 minutes by bus to Busan Station. I would like to use this hotel next time.
