Slow service . Difficulty communicating in English . Small gym small room small everything . Door to toilet is the same door to shower . When you use the basin- risk of water splashing into the bed next to it . Very cramped for 2 adults with luggages to move about . No room types to choose from . Common restroom is unkept and no concierge service . They have foreign exchange machine which is a plus . Near haeundae beach and sea aquarium . Near lots of food stalls

This hotel so great all location, price, clean, full amenities. - Near Haeundae beach just walk 5 minutes. - Affordable from everyone when compare with room size. - Clean and full amenities. - Fast and Easy check-in at 20th floor and drop key card when check out at 1st floor.

Breakfast was good, with rotating menus. Hotel is away from the main activity centre of Haeundae beach, so it is very quiet, but still feel safe at night. Easy check-in process. Room services were provided.

I was looking for a place to stay for a trip to Busan and chose this place. Even Haeundae is right in front, and it's really a part, but you can see the place where the sun rises.. Originally, I chose Korean style, but I changed it to standard for an additional fee. The room was quite spacious when I went in after being upgraded. The bed was also clean and soft and comfortable. Fantastic location . But since i did not make my room for a couple of days , I went to ask for 2 bottles of water at the concierge . The male staff wanted to charge me 1000 won for each bottle. Not sure if he was following the hotel’s policy or he is trying to scam me . Because the day after , another staff gave without any charges .
