I have been to many hotels in Busan, but I am very satisfied with this hotel. The swimming pool and outdoor pool were warm and the friendliness of the staff was different from other hotels. I felt very grateful that they tried to do their best when I requested things like adjusting the kids lounge use time or vehicle departure time. And since I have a child, I was a bit concerned about walking around barefoot on the carpet, but was there a turndown service while I was away? Thank you for taking off your slippers and laying them out on the carpet so that you can comfortably replace them. Thank you for checking carefully to see if anything was lacking. Above all, the use of the guest-only lounge bar was great. I think it will remain a very good memory. Thank you. I was very impressed by the consideration given from the user's perspective. Thank you.

I had an amazing time at the Paradise. There was a very kind concierge who worked at the front desk (I believe his name is HyoSeok). Soaking in the outdoor pools was splendid— very organized, clean and a great view. The breakfast was delicious, with a real honey comb dripping delicious honey and a nice blend of western and eastern food choices. The restaurant is located very close to a traditional market that sells very famous street foods and it sits right in the beach (gorgeous view). Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed 3 nights at the Grand Josun during the Thanksgiving Holidays. Overall it’s a nice hotel with a good location and great (small) pool (when not busy). Unfortunately a lot of small flaws makes me not recommend the Hotel. Consider everything else to be good to great, here are the caveats you should consider when booking this Hotel. 1) There are only 3 Check-in counters and 3 elevators which both make you que during busy times 2) The shower is located in the bathtub with not enough protection, so the floor gets flooded very easily. 3) The window jalousie from the bathroom towards the main room is very see-through, so your partner can easily see you in the shower or even partly on the toilet. 4) The TV is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube but everything is in Korean (which is acceptable) but there is also no way (that I found out) to mirror your laptop, the HDMI connector in the wall also doesn’t work. Also you have to pay extra to view basic foreign channels.

If you think of Songdo Beach, it's the best. If you are thinking of sightseeing in Haeundae and Gwangalli, you need to travel more than 20 minutes by taxi or own car. This is a hotel for surfers. Thanks for the free upgrade. If it was a lower floor view, I would have been upset... The friendly guidance was nice, but I wish the supplies (gowns, towels, toothbrushes...) were changed. It was nice to be able to take a hot shower with hot water coming out.

My schedule was not ㅁ with my boyfriend, so I was very upset that I was postponed on vacation. It was a new hotel that I didn't find, so I asked, and it opened in September. Hey. I saw a swimming pool, but the entrance bear is very yes and luxurious. When I enter the room, I admire the view and go up and move the swimmer. The view in the ocean view room is also sloppy~ The ocean view infinity pool and the sea of the pine field at a glance ~ Both are ocean view, but this price is stylish. It was said to be a heated pool, but I decided to come again this year with my boyfriend.

The location was good as it was close to Haeundae Beach and the traditional market. I think the facilities need some improvement. There was no door to the shower booth in the bathroom, so it was uncomfortable as water splashed into the toilet and bathroom after showering. I put a topper on top of the bed, but it was bigger than the existing mat and seemed like it would fall off the side, making it uncomfortable. Everything else was okay

It is already a ”sea view suite” rather than ”part of the ocean view”. The actual sea view of our room is too small to be seen. The front building blocks away and the photos on the website are seriously inconsistent. Although the service staff is friendly, the location is not close to the city center, the sea view is completely inconsistent, very not recommended

The view of the Tongchang overlooking Songjing Beach makes me feel good. Songjing Beach is also right, so it's good to take a bath with children. There are two toilets, which are perfect for family travelers. There is a terrace where you can eat barbecue, so you can continue to hear the waves as well as barbecue. There are many decent restaurants around, so it's great to stay ^^

We were a little bit apprehensive about our decision to book here because it doesn't look like much from the road. However, it turned out to be quite nice. There were a couple of problems-- upon entering the room there was a bad smell; someone had left a large tank of urine in the toilet. And there was a weird non-optional parking attendant situation, which we would have liked to avoid. BUT-- on the good side-- exceptional views, nice studio apartment-style accomodation, and even though none of the staff I dealt with spoke English, we were able to get by with Google Translate. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
