First, you'll have to go up the stairs to get to the hotel. The hotel seemed quite new, the rooms were also new, clean, tidy, and had all the necessary amenities like a mini-fridge, hairdryer, comb, and a large TV. The reception staff didn't speak much English, but check-in was fine. The room instructions were also not in English, only Korean, which was a bit inconvenient. Razors, toothbrushes, and cotton swabs weren't provided; you can buy them at the reception desk, but I think it would be difficult if you don't know Korean, so you should bring your own toiletries and toothpaste. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were available in the bathroom. The body wash had a herbal scent, which I didn't really like, but the shampoo was okay. You need a room key card to access the elevator, so I think security here is quite good. A plus point is that the hotel is very close to Yongdusan Park; there's a staircase leading up to the park right in front of the hotel.
