We booked Suite B for 4. adults which is fantastic. Ample of room to move around . A comfortable size living room space. The location is also easily accessible to most places of interest. The only downside is the curtains are not blackout. The bedroom is facing a building that has light on till late which can be quite irritating.

We had a wonderful stay at this exceptional boutique hotel. The design and ambiance are truly captivating, from the charming ground-floor café to the stylish reception lobby and our beautifully appointed room. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with well-maintained facilities, ensuring a comfortable experience. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to assist, adding a warm touch to our stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the subway and bus stop, with taxis readily available right outside. Surrounded by department stores and iconic must-visit attractions, it’s perfectly situated for exploring. We highly recommend this gem to anyone seeking style, comfort, and convenience!

We had a 3 night stay with our large family of 6 (2 Adults and 4 Kids) at Hotel Ground27, Nampo. We did read other reviews prior to booking about the luggage storage locker fees so we made sure to plan our arrival closer to check in time. We were allowed to check in earlier at 3pm which worked out great for the kids after taking the KTX from Seoul, it's only 2 stations away from Busan station. The location is great, central, loads of food options nearby and is super easy for public transport buses and trains and the room is so large, clean, comfortable and modern. The kids voted this as their favourite hotel stay in Korea out of the 4 hotels we'd been to. The staff and the house keeping staff are so lovely and had great attention to detail. They were so kind to our kids and looked out for them. If you do need to do laundry the cost is 10,000 KRW this includes laundry detergent and fabric softener for the dryer as well. Bonus is the washing machines are really large and can handle up to 11kg load compared to the standard ones we found in most hotels. They ask you to start laundry by 8pm as reception closes at 11pm. Laundry is located on Lvl 7 with reception. The staff were kind enough to leave the laundry room open for me as the dryer took a half hour longer than the staffing time and asked me to close the lights and door when I was done. There are laundry baskets to carry your laundry back to your room. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back and would recommend Hotel Ground27 to others.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. It has two separate bath rooms. My family love this hotel. Near metro station, shopping district and food eatery. The service was excellent. Will book this place again if I visit this place again.

The location is excellent, easily accessible to subways. The room is big n clean. However, there is no shower curtain at bathroom, to prevent wetting the flooring.

Really enjoy the days in the hotel. Definitely will come again.

Pros Stayed there for 5 days Nearby eatery and mall Less then 5min walk to subway Cons Cleaner only clean up the hair in the bathroom floor but not at the living area I am particularly coz I have young kid 5 days no change of mattress cover , I think at least in 5 days change one time will be good.

I really like this restaurant. It's right at the exit of Nampo Station. There are all kinds of brands on the whole street. Lotte Mall is across the street. The Korean front desk guy is really good at service. He is very proactive in explaining to us. He knows a little Chinese. It's really great.

Ground 27 is in a super convenient location. Exit 7 of Nampo Station is just downstairs, and there is also an elevator, so you don’t have to worry about dragging your luggage. There is a street downstairs from the hotel, with Oliver Young, different cafes, and Egg Drop, so you don't have to worry about not finding a restaurant! The room is big and comfortable, and the toilet is separated into wet and dry areas, which is great! Highly recommended, will definitely stay here again next time!

The location is super convenient, with a subway station at the door, the coffee downstairs is also delicious, and many great restaurants can be reached by foot. The family room is great, but there is no stove to heat things
