I stayed one night and was utterly horrified to discover what appeared to be menstrual blood stains on the bedding. This is not just revolting—it’s an unforgivable breach of basic hygiene and cleanliness standards. I am shocked that a hotel would allow such a disgraceful oversight. No matter how decent the location or service, the presence of bloodstains is beyond inexcusable. I urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs, and I will never return. The bare minimum for any hotel is cleanliness, and they have failed spectacularly in that regard. This experience was nothing short of disgusting and left me deeply appalled. It is unacceptable and a clear sign of gross negligence.

The residences is fully equipped with all the things you need.
Kitchen are very good.
Automatic toilet is fantastic.
Some points to be concerned are:
- We booked for 4 people but hotel provided only 2 big bath towels with 4 small ones. We expect to get 4 big ones.
- No bathroom foot towel is provided.

Room with a great view. The place is clean, but there is a sewage smell and you’ll have to air the place every time you come back. You also have to clear your own trash. Coffee capsules only provided once. They do not clean your room unless you stay 4 nights minimum (1 complimentary cleaning). Overall I think it’s still great. Comes with heated flooring and you get to on the aircon as well. Toilets are great with warm showers.

Hotel is clean and new. Location is good w ocean view. However we booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 adults but was only given 2 bath towels as we were told the hotel only provides 2 per day. After our request the hotel staff gave us 2 more bath towels meant for tomorrow ?? .
There are only 4 coffee capsules for our 4d3N stay. We would expect daily replenishment. Anyway upon request the staff passed us 4 more. Think the stay can be more pleasant.

The newly opened serviced apartment in July 2024 exceeded expectations!
The following reviews are based on the upgraded Panorama room type:
First of all, the space is large, with three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms (one of the rooms has no bed, and you can lay a quilt as a tatami), which is especially suitable for traveling with colleagues, friends and family. You can gather together and each have your own space hahaha.
We finally upgraded to a full sea view suite, with a whole wall facing the sea🌊, and the scenery is charming.
Hygiene: spotless, high standards in Korea.
Service: Please note that you can check in at 16:00, and early check-in is charged.
Facilities: Please note that there is no washing machine in the apartment, and the dishwasher cannot be used, but everything else is very good! There is only a face towel, but it doesn't affect anything. The facilities are 4.5 points. The price-performance ratio is still very good.
