W Residence Hotel Centumcity

This hotel is super conveniently located, very close to the subway station, and has two large department stores nearby. However, the facilities are poorly maintained. The bathroom tiles are cracked and haven't been repaired, which could easily injure guests. There's no shower screen or curtain in the bathroom, so water splashes out when you shower, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet. Also, if you don't specifically request a washing machine, the room won't have one. So, if you need a washing machine, please request it when you book. Keep in mind, though, that the washing machine doesn't have a drying function, no laundry detergent is provided, and there's nowhere to hang clothes.

This hotel boasts an amazing location, right near Centum City Station. The station is directly connected to a department store underground, so you can easily grab a meal at the food court or get takeout, even when dining alone. Our room was a 1LDK, featuring a large refrigerator, a mini-kitchen, a microwave, and a living area with a sofa. While there were some minor wall peelings, it wasn't an issue for me, especially since I was attending a live event and often returned late – I could just warm up convenience store food in the microwave. Although there was no room cleaning during my 3-night stay, I found it perfectly fine as I could leave my suitcase open without feeling cramped. There are two convenience stores on the ground floor of the hotel, plus a coffee shop, and other cafes nearby, so you're never short of options. The only minor downsides were the lack of power outlets by the bedside in the bedroom and the scarcity of late-night dining options around the hotel if you're eating solo. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely love to stay here again.

When I stayed, it was surprisingly just over 5,000 yen per night! Excellent value for money. The room was clean and spacious, absolutely perfect. It felt more like an apartment for a single person, with a good-sized fridge and all the necessary dishes provided. The only minor drawback was the lack of power outlets near the bed. I couldn't charge my phone and use it while lying in bed (though, perhaps this was a good thing for getting better sleep!). Also, unlike most hotels, there was no light switch by the headboard. The lights had to be turned on/off from the dining area, a short walk from the bed. Aside from that, it was truly a great place. The air conditioning was good, and the water pressure was excellent. It was very clean. There were multiple fast elevators. There's also a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, and the restaurant on the first floor stayed open late and served delicious food. The self-service laundry was on the 15th floor, which I used late at night. It's conveniently located near the station and offers easy access to both Haeundae and Seomyeon. I would definitely want to stay here again at this price!

The location is great, with a convenience store on the first floor. It was easy to get to the department stores nearby. Since it's a residence, there's a microwave (though I didn't use it, haha). The room was spacious, so the noise was relatively low, which I was happy with. (There are no slippers, so I recommend bringing your own from home beforehand.)

Great location, and the triple room was very spacious. The front desk is on the 3rd floor. The room comes with a washing machine, but the dryer is on the 11th floor and costs money to use. They also sell detergent on the 11th floor. However, the bed was as hard as a rock 😨, seriously, it was incredibly hard!

Close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the environment is pleasant. There's a convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel, which is great for grabbing essentials.
