Conclusion: Don't go! The service was terrible, as if they were doing me a favor. The male receptionist, especially on the afternoon of July 10th, had a really bad attitude, answering everything with 'No, no, no.' It states the hotel was built in 2025, but the room felt old and the hygiene was just so-so. They don't provide key cards; you have to use your phone, which is hit or miss. For me, it was a bad experience – inconvenient and not secure. Breakfast is included, but it ends at 9:30 AM and is first-come, first-served. Also, the air conditioning kept turning off by itself, which was really bizarre.

This is a serviced apartment, and the elevators are still covered in protective film. Service: The front desk staff were very rude. Honestly, you can just use the self-service check-in and check-out, so you don't really need to interact with them. Breakfast: There was a queue for breakfast, and the staff seating people were still very rude. The preferential treatment was obvious. The breakfast was just enough to fill you up, not good quality. It's quite inconvenient that you have to scan a QR code or use a password to enter and exit the apartment, and also to use the elevators. The advantages are the large rooms and great location. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options downstairs, and Pop Mart is just a right turn from the exit. The mall above this place has everything, and it's right next to Seomyeon, the liveliest area. It's suitable for young people.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Seomyeon shopping street. There's a convenience store right downstairs and a coffee shop next door, which is really handy. The room itself is huge, with a living room and two balconies, plus all the appliances you could need. After checking in at the front desk, everything else is managed via a mobile app – from opening the door and requesting cleaning to checking out. Just a heads-up, cooking isn't allowed in the room.

Upon check-in, they'll guide you on how to use the various facilities via a mobile page, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful ♥. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, and the space was huge! You could literally run around in it~ The entire place was very clean and modern. It's also not a far walk from the Seomyeon shopping area. Plus, there's a convenience store and Mega Coffee right on the first floor. Highly recommend! 👍🏻

I was able to stay in a suite at an affordable price. Since there was a campaign going on, I got to enjoy breakfast in the high-floor lounge with a view, which was lovely. The room has a kitchen and a washing machine. You can't cook in the kitchen, but the washing machine was a lifesaver. Although there wasn't a dryer, there was a place to hang clothes in the room, so I washed them at night and they were dry by morning. This was really helpful for a long trip. You'll need to buy your own detergent. Tea, coffee, and mineral water were provided daily, and the Busan brand ones were delicious. However, everything was so high-tech that you had to do everything through an app, and just opening the room door was a struggle. I imagine it wouldn't be an issue for younger people. There's a 7-Eleven and a Mega Coffee on the first floor, which is very convenient. It's a bit of a walk to Seomyeon Station, but I think it's acceptable. Anyway, the room was spacious, and there were two dens, so I had a very pleasant stay. I'd love to stay here again.
