Hotel ADELA Reviews

The hotel rooms are outdated and in need of maintenance. The wallpaper was torn, and amenities were not provided, except for basic cleansing products. Housekeeping was poorly done, and the "Make Up Room" button was unresponsive—we activated it for housekeeping, but no service was provided.

Lift is crowded and slow during peak period. Room is spacious and location wise, walkable distance to Nampo.

I enjoyed my stay here. The gym was disappointing and the rooftop garden area was neglected. But everything else was fantastic! Highly recommend booking an ocean view room.

we have booked deluxe with harbour view, view was fantastic. and that’s all. windows are dirty, motion sensor turns on during the night when you go to bathroom, very annoying, and small narrow window in bedroom is very strange. i can’t sleep with any light. we have asked to solve the problem, staff was very helpful. moreover main curtains are short. i couldn’t sleep well. pillows are not comfortable for us. for this price there isno toothpaste, toothbrush. towels are dirty.

Overall is in normal. But there is some smell from toilet. The towels got some spot on them and it looked yuck.

Nice hotel , good value and good location. 10 mins walk from main shopping area Nampo and also the seafood market . The hotel rooms all have a good view with nice big windows. The bathroom has shampoo , conditioner and body wash but no other items are provided (no toothbrush , etc) so bring your own.  Rooms have safe and the size of room is good.

Very convenient, walking distance from nampo station and there is Lotte department store nearby as well!! Highly recommend !!!! And will come back again :)

Location is not very close to subway, need to walk for around 10 mins.

It was amazing! We booked with the room with the harbor view and we enjoyed every minute we were in the room! Still I am a little bit disappointed of the breakfast because on the pictures you can see a big variety of different food but it was mainly scrambled eggs, rice and salad! The view from restaurant was but espectacular! In the picture they posted more things and I was expecting what I saw in the pictures! The location is great and the room is very clean!

Breakfast was very bad. We skipped it after the first day. View is gorgeous though. Rooms were nice and clean. Overall a nice stay. Location was good.

Upon early hour arrival, staff offered early check-in to room at KRW10K per hour. Was glad to accept as we were all tired after long flight. Adele hotel is a nice 5-7min walk over the bridge which is always nice after our meals. Lotte mart at Nampo has an exit which brings us right at the start of this bridge walk. Jagalchi market, BIFF square , etc are 3 bus stops away if you want to try the bus. The BBQ fried chicken at level2 of Adele hotel is very nice. Take away and eat it hot in your room, enjoyable. There’s also laundry washing machine and dryer at basement 2. Buy the detergent from hotel reception at KRW1000 and it is not crowded.

Very good location. Walking distance to many places of interest. Nice hotel. Many eateries near hotel.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Breakfast at 24th floor with a great panoramic view of Busan. Nice view of the harbour from the hotel room.
