Very disappointed! I'll write an honest review.
1. Arrived at the hotel (Saturday~Sunday, 1 night 2 days) - The parking lot was full. The parking lot information said, "If it's full, call the hotel and they'll help you." So I called and they said they'd help me if I parked "in front of the hotel." (They said they'd help me, but didn't they? They didn't help at all.) I got off and went to the information desk and asked again, and they were really annoyed. They were really angry... They told me to park in the yard in front of the hotel. When they said there was no space... they told me to park over there. I went around and came back to the hotel... and parked over there (Thank goodness I could park over there).
Was the man at the information desk that afternoon a hotel employee? He had an incredibly annoying tone and expression, and he even hung up the phone first.
2. After parking and going to check in, there was no one at the front desk/ I could hear people talking from somewhere inside...

4.Room/The towels were worn out and disappointing. The slippers were wet, so they squeaked every time I walked. The toothbrush cups next to the sink were in two different places, as if someone had used them.
The hotel facilities guide says that toothpaste and toothbrushes are provided, but in reality, they aren't. (Ma.. I understand that)
