The hotel seems family owned and managed, for the price you can consider it as a budget hotel just for sleep. Some things that bothered me were the mold on the walls and the rusty bathroom pipes. The floors are slightly dusty, there is the presence of other people's hair on the bed, thin walls and the sheets are stained. But for the price it's really hard to complain as well.

The facilities in the hotel rooms are slightly poor, and the toilet leaks, which is not OK. However, the price of the hotel is reasonable, the transportation is convenient, and the location of the hotel is very close to the subway. If you want to save money, it is still an option.

A love hotel is not suitable for staying by yourself. The lights are dim and at first I thought it was very atmospheric. There is a large market nearby during the day, so it is lively with people coming and going. As long as you are a traveler and follow reasonable hours and take precautions against pickpocketing, you should not feel unsafe. I went to the market a few times to buy vegetables and fruits, and there are also Trader Joe's and Lotte Markets about 15 minutes walk away where I can buy food and souvenirs for my stay. Both are straight roads so you won't get lost.
