Signiel Busan

Came to Busan with a friend to see the cherry blossoms. The hotel is very new, and the service is good. The location is also great, with plenty of food options downstairs. Getting to other attractions requires a taxi, but the international version of Didi works here.

Honestly, for 2500 a night, this room wasn't as good value for money as the 3500-a-night room we stayed in Seoul. The hotel front desk staff were arrogant and impolite, with stiff expressions. When I asked if I could smoke on the outdoor balcony, the front desk staff barked 'No!' at me. There was even a sign in the room stating a $3000 fine if a cigarette butt was found! The hotel room wasn't clean; the cleaning staff didn't do a thorough job. The bathtub wasn't drained, the bed was dirty and not cleaned, and they didn't refill the shower gel. Also, the cleaning staff knocked over my cosmetics on the cabinet. After staying three nights, my overall feeling is that this hotel lacks a warm and friendly atmosphere; the service felt rigid, and the smiles seemed forced. This hotel is very average.

This hotel is located right by Haeundae Beach, offering unbeatable ocean views. It's just a few minutes' walk to the small train station and about a 10-minute walk to the subway. There are plenty of great dining options and convenient shopping nearby. The room facilities meet five-star standards, and overall, I was very satisfied.

Booked a suite and loved the overall layout – it was really comfortable. The room, facilities, and amenities were all excellent, and breakfast was absolutely fantastic – definitely worth a mention! My only minor gripe is that the lobby felt a bit plain, and the executive lounge was incredibly crowded.

Staying here in Busan was an absolute delight! The room layout was incredibly well-designed, offering a fantastic open view. The service was top-notch, truly five-star standard, and the in-room amenities were luxurious. And that ocean view? Absolutely stunning!

The facilities, hygiene, environment, and service are all great. I've been there many times. Besides this one, only the Paradise Hotel is worth staying at in Haeundae. The outdoor pool is amazing, highly recommended.

Stayed three nights in Busan. The hotel is right next to Mipo Station for the Capsule Train, and close to Busan X the SKY observatory. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, so the location is pretty good. My main complaint is about the hotel service. My Visa card couldn't be pre-authorized when I checked in, and I didn't have enough cash for the deposit. I explained to the front desk that I definitely wouldn't be touching the mini-bar. But when we got to the room, a housekeeper came in front of us, took a huge bag, and packed all the mini-bar items into it and took them away. Seriously, it was like we were thieves! Honestly, I've stayed in many luxury hotels all over the world, and this is the first time I've ever encountered something like this. I will definitely not be staying here again.

Fantastic location with unbeatable sea views. The room was spacious and spotless, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. High-quality breakfast and excellent facilities made for a very comfortable stay. Definitely worth choosing again.
