TBH, this hotel is over our expectations. Firstly, the front desk staff provided free room upgrade since i guess not many guests booked hotel that day due to Typhoon. Secondly, there was no breakfast during weekdays which shown wrongly on trip.com so we complained to trip.com. And then the trip.com staff called hotel staff 4 times to confirm. The staff were not angry to us, instead, he was patiently explaining the reasons to us, and we understood it was mainly trip.com issue. Sasang is not a place for regular travellers to pick hotels, so Louis is already one of the best options if you need that location and a affordable price.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it was a pleasant experience overall, I have to admit that I felt pretty average about it. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, but nothing particularly stood out to me in terms of amenities or services. That being said, if you're looking for a reliable and straightforward place to stay, this hotel certainly fits the bill.
