This hotel has a resort with a ******. It is well-known for its outdoor spa. It is a mimic of onsen in Japan. It is quite crowded during peak hours. Guest room is a typical hotel room. It has balcony. Bed is very comfortable. However, there is no toothbrush and other disposable amenities available. Toothbrush and toothpaste are available with fee. Check in process is straightforward but can be long queue during peak hour. Same as checkout

Hotel staff were very friendly and hotel has lots of family friendly facilities, game room, kids motor car driving (kids club) and many other etc. it’s right next to many famous restaurants, beach and even popular night market. Facilities were a little aged, but the cleanliness and hospitality is still remains. Thanks for giving us very good time while we were in Busan.

The hot spring is very relaxing, and it's close to the beach. It's great for kids, especially being able to soak in the hot spring while overlooking the ocean from the pool. It's very pleasant and perfect for an autumn visit.

A truly terrible hotel. It claims to be a five star hotel, but I would call it a three star hotel at the most. You walk into the lobby and it’s nice enough, but the rest is not. The service is bad. The room is not nice, with dirty carpet and scratched furniture. Everything about it was disappointing. The room doesn’t even come with a coffee machine, which is ridiculous for a luxury hotel. We asked if we could get one and they said they charge to bring up coffee to the room. The AC also never worked and the room stayed at 25 degrees, and they said there was nothing they could do. The hotel is so full, it takes multiple elevators to finally fit into one that isn’t overflowing with people. They also said I could get tax free at check-out, and when I checked out they said it wasn’t possible with my prepaid reservation (other hotels haven’t had any problems with that). When we told them our issues at checkout they said there they were sorry but didn’t do anything to fix it. If you want a true luxury hotel, stay at the Signiel (staying there was a 10/10 experience). Do not stay here.

The rooms are a bit small, and the amenities don't quite compare to Lotte's. The location is excellent, right by the sea. Service was just okay. It's alright for about 1000. There's an entertainment venue downstairs. I'd recommend booking a sea-view room with a balcony.
