Excellent customer services through the hotel. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the ocean view pool and the Cimer.

An all-round great stay. Staff really friendly and helpful, in every department. Room was big, modern and with a superb view of the ocean. We really enjoyed the Spa in the evening and watching the sun go down in Haeundae while in one of the Spa pools.

The room is big and with balcony overseeing the sea. Beautiful. Love the CIMER (many mini heated jacuzzi) and gymn is great. The normal pool is too short and small and filled with people all the time. Location is so convenient for food, shopping and capsule ride and of course the beach is right in front of your hotel- dun need to cross any road. Service here is very hospitable. I meant the chamber maid. Don’t feel like checking out here. Amenities- only toothbrush n paste is missing. Must check out by 11am. Sauna is not complimentary, which is a pity, as Japan it is just a small amount of money and unlimited use.

The hotel reception has Chinese-speaking staff, which was very helpful. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the commercial street and the Capsule Hotel station. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the swimming pool and kids' activity room facilities and services were all great.

Facing the sea, warm and blossoming. I booked a sea-view room in the new building because my idol once stayed at this hotel. It was great to visit the same spots my idol did! The hotel's facilities are also very user-friendly, and there's even a sofa bed, which is a big plus.

The environment is great, and the views are excellent. It's super convenient to take the monorail to nearby attractions and visit the world's highest Starbucks. The sea is right outside, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Plus, there are restaurants nearby. It's fantastic!

Cleanliness: Not great. When I checked into the room, I found a straw wrapper still there. Service: I stayed for multiple nights, and they didn't replace the disposable slippers. I was too lazy to ask the front desk for new ones, so I ended up wearing damp slippers all night. Facilities: A bit dated.

The hotel location is convenient, close to the beach, with many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's a 5-10 minute walk to Haeundae walking street. There are two buildings, and the service at the main building's lobby entrance is excellent.

We stayed in a sea-view room in the new building, and it was absolutely stunning. It had a balcony with an unobstructed, panoramic view of the ocean. On a nice day, sitting out there feeling the sea breeze was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's location is also excellent; there are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's within walking distance to Gamagori Station for the Capsule Train. Plus, there's a self-service laundry room about 200 meters away on the second floor.

The location and facilities are excellent. The room was very clean and everything was thoughtfully designed. The room itself was spacious enough, and the lobby had many shops. Plus, all the nearby shops were within walking distance.

The room was decent; although a bit old, it was well-maintained. The front desk staff were excellent, speaking fluent English and Japanese. The hotel is very close to the beach with beautiful sea views, and the facilities are complete and comfortable.

The hoteliers had exceptionally kind personalities, and their customer service was truly luxurious. The hotel has a great view, but the service was a bit lacking. Even though I arrived at 2 PM, I had to wait until 3 PM to check in. After checking in, I waited a long time for a staff member to bring my luggage to the room. I finally had to call to remind them before a female attendant brought it up.

Great place and very convenient. Right beside us is the beach and casino!
