Reviews of Paradise Hotel Busan

The hotel is old and needs upgrading. Breakfast is over priced and the buffet breakfast remains the same for the two days I was there. At slightly over 60,000 won per pax for buffet breakfast, it is totally not worth it considering the poor quality.

The staff were very accommodating, and the room was comfortable, but the standout feature of this hotel has to be the heated pools and the Cimer — which is a bit like a Japanese onsen. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had.

I enjoyed the view and Cimer Spa facilities. Location wise us good near haeundae night market. Overall is good will come and stay again

Great legacy hotel in haeundae beach in a fantastic location! Everyone was very friendly and we had a fantastic staycation in this hotel!

Good location. Service is great. Cimer SPA was much quieter than before. The restaurants served good food but a tad pricey but not the most expensive. The rooms look a little dated but still well maintained.

The lobby, hot spring pools, and restaurant were lovely and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The Michelin-starred restaurant downstairs was an exceptional highlight, serving beautifully crafted dishes in a refined setting. However, the rooms felt quite outdated and could benefit from renovation to match the quality of the other facilities.

This hotel was amazing! I choose the option of booking the room + the cimer spa and that was the best decision ever! It was really relaxing and the pool was big enough y with warm water. The room clean, nice view and really and just in front of the beach!

Great hotel with good room space. The city view wasn’t great tho. Prefer the sea view.

This is my second visit to the hotel and still very impressed by the hospitality, cleanliness and amenities.

Amazing hotel! The best of Busan. Well located in front of the beach. Very nice pool and outdoor spa. Delicious bakery on the 1st floor. Rooms are confortable. Better staying on sea side than parking lot.

Unfortunately we stayed for a short time, but everything was great. Rooms with terrace and ocean view is perfect. It was great to wake up and fall asleep with the ocean breeze. The staff was very professional, the service was great! Looking forward to returning again in the future.
