Reviews of Hotel Aqua Palace

Location and view are amazing, unfortunately I have to agree with the other reviews in relation to everything else. The hotel did not serve breakfast despite the website saying so, and the room and general areas are worn down or just not even finished. The room appeared to be half decorated. Also to note, the windows on the higher floors have no security locks and swig wide open…I was solo travelling but would not have felt safe if kids were in the room. The toilet flush didn’t work, the bathroom smelled strong of sewerage and the aircon also didn’t work at all. The lady at the front desk tried her best, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to relax in Busan, there are far better places within the same price range.

Excellent facilities and convenient location. Perfect spot for a relaxing holiday with breathtaking views and hygiene.

Not very family friendly. However best view of the beach. Can see the whole drone show and beautiful sunrise too. Location is super convenient. Just not much facility to use. Right in the core of tourist area and lots of dining options.

Place is decent for the price, however the location to travel out to other areas abit of walking distance. Customer service can be improved by using better language used.

The floor carpet was too old, dirty, and the room had a moldy smell so I couldn't sleep. Avoid this hotel.

Excellent location, great room! Right in front of Beach and easy to go around.

I was looking for a place to relax, eat delicious food, and enjoy the breeze. It was located right in front of Gwangalli Beach, so it was easy to access, and the wide open ocean view was great. It was a shame that breakfast wasn't available on the day I visited, but there are amenities like a swimming pool and sauna in the hotel, so it's perfect for dates or family trips.

Since it was a family trip, I didn't book a room with a bed, but a place with an ondol and a spacious room, so I really felt sorry for my family. I opened the door and came in, and it felt like a concentration camp. The wood on the floor was all cracked and torn, the wallpaper was torn and tattered, and the cleaning was dirty. There was hair everywhere. It seemed like the owner needed to wake up. I really like Gwangalli, but this isn't the worst hotel, it's a bed and breakfast. I will never book here again.

Good location, first row with sea view, live in the 17th floor "Deluxe Sea View Room" with a super beautiful view, you can see the entire Gwangan Bridge, it is also convenient to eat nearby, the only drawback is that the toilet has a bit of smell 😣

I came on a trip with friends, and first of all, the view is amazing. And we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and on the second day, a staff member came and filled the water, cleaned the room, and gave us plenty of towels. And the view from the rooftop observatory is really nice. If I come to Busan, I want to stay at this Sukshui again…!!

Everything is good, but the room smells so strong of Lux, so I think it would be better if there was no smell.

This is a restaurant with a great night view. It is close to the beach, and during the evening hours when the drone show is on, the 21st floor sky lounge is open, so you can comfortably watch the drone show. The location is good and the price is good. However, the noise from the heater and the lack of soundproofing make it the best if only these parts were improved.
