Shilla Stay Busan Haeundae

The room was clean and simple, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The front desk is on the second floor, so you need to take an elevator up. You can see the sea directly from the room's glass window, and the view is beautiful – the kids loved it! Getting around was also convenient, and several popular attractions were within walking distance.

Busan Cheonbung Hotel – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The wallpaper in the room was as pictured, and the hotel's excuse was humid weather. Seriously, is this how hotels of similar price in Hong Kong's 'Huinantian' season (return to south days) are supposed to look too?! The Wi-Fi was terrible, and the hotel's excuse was that it was fully booked and too many people were staying. The hotel offered to upgrade us to a family room for the next day, but throughout Ctrip's negotiation process, the hotel kept making excuses for itself. Their logic was, 'There's a reason why my service is subpar,' which was incredibly annoying. So, with Ctrip's help, we decisively checked out early. Thanks to Ctrip's communication, we avoided arguing with the hotel. For a price point of over 1000, wouldn't it be much better to add a little more and stay at a Marriott?! P.S. I genuinely thought the hotel's 'exploded' bedside table was broken, but the front desk said it was a special design. Skeptical, I searched on Gemini, and it turns out it actually is a masterpiece design! 🤣

Very close to Haeundae Beach with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was nice, though the soundproofing wasn't great. The salt bread from Busandang across the street is delicious, definitely worth trying!

The hotel's location is super convenient, close to everything. There's a convenience store right outside, and getting a taxi is easy. Plus, there's a bakery across the street perfect for breakfast. The beach is also directly opposite the hotel, and the monorail station is very close by.
