I booked on short notice during the week. The location, price, and parking were all good. However, in the morning, there was no one around, so I couldn't have breakfast.

Towels were not provided. Three complimentary bottles of mineral water were in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning controls were integrated into the TV remote.

I had an early morning flight from Gimhae Airport, so I booked this place nearby last minute. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it was clean and perfectly fine.

I stayed here the night before because I had an early morning flight to catch. During check-in, they asked for my age, and I wondered why, but the reason became clear as soon as I entered the room. Among the amenities, I found condoms and intimate gel. This might be a love hotel. However, the other amenities were very generous, including everything from toothbrushes to facial toner and lotion. There were also three bottles of water in the fridge. I think the amenities are better than those at a standard hotel. The price was also excellent; it was less than 4,000 yen for a room-only stay for two people. I would definitely consider staying here again the night before my next early morning flight.

We stayed here as a layover waiting for a rebooked flight. While the location isn’t great for activities, it is very close to a convenience store and very close to the airport. We got the hotel for a great price. The hotel staff were a little unprofessional in how they yelled around guests, but were helpful when help was needed. The hotel has many amenities (toothbrushes, soaps, lotions, etc.) if needed and the washroom and room looked very modern and clean. We enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend staying if you find the location convenient for one reason or another. Not a great area to spend most of your time in Busan otherwise.

This hotel is truly amazing, very family-friendly, excellent room, impeccably clean, and every detail has been considered. The service is fantastic. I recommend it 100%. My rating is excellent.

Despite a few minor hiccups during check-in, the front desk staff were very kind, and I didn't experience any problems throughout my stay. I did find it a little odd to see quite a few bugs around the front desk area, and the 'river view' wasn't particularly impressive. However, it was quite affordable, and its excellent accessibility to Gimhae Airport – just a 12-minute walk or an 8-minute train ride – was a major plus!

When I booked through Trip.com, the booking screen didn't show any restrictions on consecutive nights. I also confirmed beforehand that a single bed could be provided upon request. However, upon arrival, the first thing I was told was that consecutive nights were not allowed, and I was instructed to check Agoda for that information, which was a baffling and unhelpful response. They then said I'd have to pay an extra 40,000 KRW to extend my stay, so I initially just decided to stick to one night and headed to my room. Apparently, my mother and a female staff member later negotiated a 3-night stay for an additional 20,000 KRW. If the service had been good, such initial miscommunication might have been forgivable. But honestly, adherence to time commitments is crucial. If breakfast is scheduled from 7 AM to 9 AM, it means it should be fully available from 7 or 8 AM onwards and finish promptly at 9 AM. On both the second and third mornings, when we went for breakfast, the refrigerator was locked, there was cereal but no milk, no ramen, and jam but no bread. On the counter, a phone number was left under a sign that said 'Room Inspection'. I called the number, only to hear the phone ringing from *under* the counter desk – incredibly frustrating. On the third morning, perhaps sensing our frustration, my mother spoke with a male staff member at the front desk. He offered for us to have breakfast items in the evening, even though I wasn't asking for dinner. So, this morning, with zero expectations for a proper breakfast, I bought two cartons of milk and had cereal in a disposable bowl. Later, the same male staff member at the front desk saw us and finally brought out milk and bread *after* 8:50 AM. While I appreciate the attempt to be accommodating, consistently failing to meet scheduled times severely damages guest trust. Please be more mindful of this. This was truly the worst trip.

It’s a good cheap hotel if you are catching an early flight out of Busan Airport. It is close to the purple line to go to the airport.

Great service, location is walking distance to major transport hub (15 minute walk), places to eat in the same area, convenience store close by, bus stop right out side of the hotel.

I really liked how spacious and pleasant the common area on the first floor was. The room itself was also surprisingly clean and well-prepared, which made for a very comfortable stay. Plus, its convenient location, not far from the station, was a big advantage.

Despite staff being present at the front desk, I was required to enter my personal information and scan my ID for a self-check-in process. I request that my personal data be deleted. I added breakfast to my booking, but the breakfast service didn't start until 8 AM. Since I had to check out earlier, it was unfair that I wasn't informed of this late breakfast time when I booked, especially after paying an extra fee for it. The facilities were generally clean, and I appreciated that they seemed newly renovated. Guests in the adjacent room were constantly smoking. I tried calling the front desk, but no one picked up. Better enforcement of the non-smoking policy is definitely needed.

I was pretty shocked when I was first given a room that hadn't been cleaned at all. They did switch my room immediately, but I felt a bit uneasy because there were drunk guests on the same floor with their door wide open. What's more, the owner seemed to see all of this but didn't say a single word...? Hmm...
