We stayed in this guesthouse for about a week, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations at all. I chose it because the scores were very high and the price seemed excellent, but the reality was very disappointing. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website: the walls were dirty, the towels were old and damaged, and the bathroom had no window, which meant it took ages to dry with ventilation and smelled terrible. Even worse, the room was full of mold, which is unacceptable—especially since I’m allergic to it. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that they were not a hotel but a guesthouse, that the photos online were from five years ago when they first opened, and that no rooms were available because housekeeping had already left (even though it wasn’t even 4pm). I understand that the price was low, but I expected the reviews to be trustworthy, which they were not. Overall, I am very unsatisfied with my stay and cannot recommend this place.

The hotel was fine in general, but I feel that the price was too high for what was offered. Although there were no serious issues, the experience was disappointing and not to my liking.

It's a relatively clean guesthouse and single rooms are cheap.  And it's close to the downtown area.

K-Guesthouse Seomyeon 1 is undeniably at the heart of all the action, making exploring Busan incredibly easy. Its prime location puts you steps away from the best shopping, dining, and transportation, truly making it the center of everything.

So it was not an ideal arrangement but was definitely the best you could get on a budget. Just be sure to buy earplugs since this hostel is right next to a karaoke place.

Very clean and easy place to find, lots of places around for a quick bite or snacks, service was very helpful and easy to figure out on your own if arriving at night, would recommend.

Clean room and good location. But there is a karaoke bar downstairs so it is very loud all the time until 6am. Also windows don’t close properly so there is always a cold draft.

The double bed room is somehow smaller than the single bed room. The amenities were quite complete and the room was comfortable enough for solo traveller, but not really for 2 people.

Overall, my room was clean and tidy. There is air conditioning in the room, but I didn’t use it. The windows can be opened, but keep in mind the hotel is located on a busy street in the city center that is lively, especially at night.My only concerns were with breakfast. The breakfast is described as Western style, but actually consists of sweet cereal, milk, toast bread, and jam. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00, but by 9:00, some guests had trouble finding enough food—in our case, there was no bread left and no staff were present to ask for assistance. I recommend this hotel as cheap accommodation, but the breakfast service could definitely be improved.

I stayed on the 4th floor, where the shared living room and dining area are located. The rooms are much, much smaller than in the photos, and the walls are very thin — you can easily hear the neighbors, especially from the dining area. Although there’s a rule to be quiet from 10 PM to 8 AM, it’s not respected (this is not the host’s fault). The hostel is right in the city center, in a very lively area (bars, restaurants, karaoke, concerts, etc.), so if you’re looking for quiet, bring noise-canceling headphones, or earplugs! Breakfast is simple: cereal, milk, and instant coffee sachets… 🫠😂 Better to go and have a real local breakfast just 2 minutes away. Paid washing machine, no dryer. Place and rooms very clean ✅ Very small bed (I’m 1.70m 😅). Les chambres sont beaucoup, beaucoup plus petites que sur les photos, et les murs sont très fins, on entend facilement les voisins, surtout depuis la salle à manger. Malgré la règle demandant le silence entre 22h et 8h, elle n’est pas respectée (ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôte). L’hostal est situé en plein centre-ville, dans un quartier très animé (bars, restaurants, karaokés, concerts, etc.), donc si vous cherchez du calme, prévoyez des écouteurs ou un casque réduction ou des bouchons d’oreille ! Le petit déjeuner est simple : céréales, lait et café instantané en sachet…. 🫠😂 allez plutôt prendre un vrai petit dej local à deux minutes à pied. Machine à laver payante, pas de sèche-linge. Lieu et chambres très propres ✅ Lit très petit (je mesure 1m70 😅). Super bien situé pour le métro, les cliniques et le shopping. 👍 私は4階に宿泊しました。そこには共用のリビングとダイニングがあります。部屋は写真よりずっとずっと小さく、壁もとても薄いので、隣の部屋や特にダイニングからの音がよく聞こえます。22時から8時まで静かにするルールがありますが、守られていません（ホストのせいではありません）。 ホステルは市の中心にあり、とても賑やかなエリアです（バー、レストラン、カラオケ、コンサートなど）。静かに過ごしたい方は、ノイズキャンセリングヘッドホンや耳栓を持って行くことをおすすめします！ 朝食はシンプルで、シリアル、牛乳、インスタントコーヒーだけです… 🫠😂 2分歩けば本格的な地元の朝食を食べられるので、そちらがおすすめです。 洗濯機は有料で、乾燥機はありません。 場所も部屋もとても清潔 ✅ ベッドはとても小さいです（私は身長170cm 😅）。 地下鉄、クリニック、ショッピングに便利な立地です。👍

Rather decent place for solo or duo travel. Clean room with a good bathroom. Wi-Fi was a bit dodgy but still overall good.
