This is an outstanding hotel with amazing views and excellent service. We lost a watch near the hotel, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful in assisting us. We're very grateful that they finally found the watch. We will definitely be staying here again!

The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. I was so relaxed that I didn't even bother going out for meals for several days, opting for room service a few times and enjoying dinner with the sunset. A great place for a holiday.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were all really professional and super friendly. The room was very clean, spacious and the view is amazing. Location is great, Taxis were easy to get on Uber. The only negative of our stay was the visit to the sauna, which was an additional charge of 55000won, which is perfectly understandable. However, the sauna was really really old and dirty, to the point of slimy. I was in there for about 20 minutes and left. It was a disappointment. Everything else was great.

Aside from the decent room view, all other facilities were quite average. The service was barely satisfactory. At the 30th-floor lobby bar, we waited for a long time after the menu was put down and no one came to take our order; we had to call someone over. When the mango smoothie was served, a piece of mango fell on the floor, and there was no apology whatsoever. However, the service from the front desk and the concierge on the first floor was good.

There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist. Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Excellent.

The hotel building is an iconic sail-shaped glass structure. Stepping into the 30th-floor lobby, we were immediately captivated by the panoramic ocean views. The check-in staff were gentle and attentive, and their English communication was flawless. Upon learning we were traveling with children, they proactively offered kids' toiletries, a truly thoughtful detail. We booked a sea-view room, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the ocean and Gwangan Bridge. We enjoyed breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, and the stunning bridge nightscape. The room featured Park Hyatt's signature minimalist yet luxurious style, with hardwood floors and a spacious granite bathroom. The bathtub offered direct ocean views, making a soak while gazing at the sea the perfect cure for travel fatigue. The bedding was soft and quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring our child's nap was undisturbed. The walk-in closet provided ample storage space for luggage and children's toys. The breakfast view was spectacular, offering a wide variety of Chinese, Western, and Korean dishes. The Korean seafood porridge, freshly made omelets, and local pastries were all fresh and delicious. Dining by the window with ocean views created an amazing ambiance. The heated indoor pool was clean and uncrowded, with a comfortable water temperature, perfect for kids to enjoy. The gym was well-equipped, offering a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is superb, right below the marina and yacht area. It's within walking distance to The Bay 101, and a short taxi ride to Haeundae Beach and Shinsegae Department Store, making it convenient for both shopping and beach visits. There are plenty of convenience stores and cafes downstairs, so daily necessities are never an issue. For anniversaries or birthdays, they even offer a small cake and a handwritten card, showcasing their warm and meticulous service. The only minor drawback is that the room rates are higher during peak season, but the views, facilities, and service perfectly match the price. For those seeking high-quality sea-view accommodation and family vacations, I highly recommend Park Hyatt Busan. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Busan!

Not bad, quite cheap. Not all rooms face the sea, I didn't realize that. Next time I'll book a sea-facing room.

Great views of the Busan Gwangan Bridge from the room. The hotel is situated in a neighborhood residential area, in the Haeundae district. A short drive to the mammoth Shinsegae Department Store.

The room was very clean and well-equipped. It's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The staff were also very welcoming and could communicate in basic Chinese. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Fantastic! All-around excellent, though the room's fixtures are a bit dated; the wooden floorboards are starting to crack. Also, while Trip.com listed it as Chinese-friendly, there was no one at the front desk who spoke Chinese, so I struggled with my broken English for a while. Aside from these two minor points, everything else was top-notch. The sea view is absolutely unbeatable, and the service was incredibly thoughtful, especially the staff in the breakfast restaurant.

The hotel has an excellent view, facing the sea. Breakfast was great, cooked to order by a chef. There are also plenty of activities to enjoy, like yoga classes at the gym. The hotel's location is superb, very close to shopping malls and attractions.

Oh my goodness, this is hands down the most beautiful hotel in Busan, no arguments! The location is absolutely unbeatable, right by Haeundae Beach with stunning oceanfront views – truly first-row ocean views! Watching the sunset from the hotel is just the best, especially with those gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows. I still can't stop thinking about this hotel even after coming back. The staff are incredibly welcoming and warm. Choosing this hotel will seriously elevate your travel experience. The overall decor is modern, and it's super convenient to get everywhere.
