Raviens Properties in Busan

Stayed in a twin room with four people. The room was a bit small but on a high floor with a good view. The hotel's location is excellent, just off a side street of the main Haeundae commercial area. There's a convenience store downstairs, and within a five-minute walk, you'll find plenty of restaurants and the shopping street. The downsides are the lack of disposable toiletries like slippers and toothbrushes, and there's no dryer.

The hotel was a bit hard to find since it's tucked away in an alley, but it's really close to the main Haeundae road. It was super convenient for grabbing a meal and then heading straight to Haeundae beach. Being a new building, it was very clean and had a great interior. The only minor issue was a slight new-house smell that made my eyes sting a little, which was a bit unpleasant.

The location is convenient, the property is well-maintained, and quite new. It was very clean. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with plenty of dining options, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach and the subway station. However, the bedding was absolutely terrible. The bed was too hard, and the pillows were too thick, too high, and too firm. We couldn't sleep at all the entire night. Eventually, both of us had to get up in the middle of the night and use folded clothes as makeshift pillows, barely getting through the night. We felt awful the whole next day. The landlord really needs to put more thought into the bedding to provide guests with a comfortable experience. The washing machine doesn't have a drying function, and there's no clothesline or large hangers, so drying laundry was quite insufficient.

Since it's a new building, it was very clean. Being on a high floor, the room offered great views. The availability of a washing machine was a huge plus, and the location was absolutely perfect, right by Jagalchi Station. However, despite requesting towel changes, they were only provided once during our stay. I'd suggest future guests bring an extra towel just in case. Do note that room cleaning incurs an extra charge, and there were specific rules for trash disposal. If these points don't bother you, I highly recommend this place! With its affordable price and excellent location, I would definitely love to stay here again! 😊
