"Hotel is ideally located at the end of the old town by the canal. Train station is also very close and it is very easy to go around for visiting/shopping with lot of local restaurants nearby.
Rooms are clean and functional, just could have a few extra amenities (slippers, extra towels, bottle water…)
Mattress was a bit too soft for my taste but still comfortable night and very hot shower.
Service was excellent with staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating."

"This place is perfectly fine if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep. The facilities are a bit dated but still acceptable. Its location directly opposite Annecy Station was incredibly convenient for getting around. There's a water dispenser available next to the front desk.
The elevator is an old-fashioned type where you have to manually open the doors, and it's quite small, fitting only about two people. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water all night, so I couldn't take a shower. When I went to inform the front desk, other guests were also reporting the exact same problem. The hot water never came back on, even by the time I checked out."

"Well located stay in Annecy!
Great 3 nights at the Adagio Aparthotel Annecy. As a couple, the space was fantastic! Having a fully equipped kitchenette saved us money and stress, allowing for easy breakfasts and picnics by the stunning lake.
The apartment was clean, modern, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. While it's a 15-20 minute walk to the old town, it's a pleasant stroll and is close to supermarkets. Only negative point would be the lack of cleaning during our stay. Not sure why..
Nevertheless, it remains a great value for money, especially for families or anyone wanting more than just a hotel room. We would definitely stay here again!"
