I have stayed in many accommodations, but this is the first time I have experienced such a nice accommodation. 1. I always need ice, so I checked if there was an ice tray, and this place already had a lot of ice prepared. I am amazed at their consideration. 2. Spoons, chopsticks, scissors, etc. are neatly organized. You can see the detailed consideration of the host when you see this. 3. There is a washing machine and dryer. 4. It is surprising that there are 2 bathrooms at this price. 7. Shampoo, cleanser, liquid soap, 2 detergents in the sink, hair dryer, iron, microwave, coffee pot, electric rice cooker, etc. There is nothing that is not there. My house. 8. It is close to District 1, District 2, and District 7. 9. The dishwashing is clean. 10. The swimming pool and fitness center are basic~ I will book only this place when I come to Ho Chi Minh from now on.

We stayed 3 nights in Roseland Centa hotel. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, extensive breakfast buffet, good location. The greatest brightness of this hotel is the reception staff. They shall do everything in their power to make the stay as pleasant as possible. For example, Long advised us to go to look at the firework from the roof of Roseland Sweet Hotel and reserved a VIP table, we asked 2 additional heads and were brought in an eye-spot, ... Special thanks to Long, Niran and Tai.

Very good location with walking distance to Ben Thanh market, and super spacious bathroom which is seldom found in this area. Love the breakfast with so many choices. Sure will come again when visit HCM.

I always book a room with a window because I value fresh air. The reason I avoid luxury hotels with windows is because I can't stand the lack of direct ventilation. There was a window in the photo. The window is a typical Vietnamese building's empty space inside the house, and the ceiling is completely blocked. It's just a patterned window. The air of the people who stayed there lingered and it felt like there was not enough oxygen, so I wanted to jump out, but there was no option. I couldn't sleep because it was so stuffy. The room I was changed to the next day. I opened the window first, but I suffered from mosquitoes all night, so it was a long stay that was far from resting. The design is refreshing. The staff is friendly.

The hotel is situated near a construction site and a main road, with the city center a bit farther away. However, its proximity to Ho Chi Minh City airport makes it a convenient choice for travelers. Inside, the hotel features a charming ambiance and offers excellent value for stays under 50 SGD. It also provides a powerful washing machine and dryer for free use, which is a thoughtful touch. Be sure to share your feedback promptly, as the attentive customer service greatly enhanced our experience during the second night.

m village is a local cultural youth hotel brand with many locations, young style and low price. It is especially suitable for shortstay/digital nomad. The overall space is comfortable and satisfactory, but the bathroom is slightly flooded after taking a shower. If you are concerned about the separation of dry and wet areas, you may want to pay attention. Automatic check-in, no traditional reception desk, any need can be contacted via WhatsApp.

Loved the services provided and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating! They even prepared a bouquet of roses and a bottle of red wine because my husband and I were celebrating an anniversary during the trip. I had a lovely time and the rooms and facilities seemed clean! However, on the last night before checking out, I had a glass of the wine with the glasses provided in the room and I had a major case of food poisoning (puking everything I ate, fever) which I’m still recovering from 2 days after returning home. Pretty sure that it was caused by either the wine or the wine glasses provided since my husband did not have any wine and he did not get any food poisoning. Thank goodness there’s a pharmacy nearby which helped me stopped puking long enough to take my flight back home. Disappointing and sour end to an otherwise lovely hotel :(

Nice location nearby convenience store, coffee shop, and restaurant. The Bay Hotel good value for money, and breakfast was fine with freshly cook egg upon order, the PHO noodles were simple but yummy. We will definitely come back again next time.

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.
