The location is very close to the KTM station, Penang Sentral, and the Econsave supermarket. Check-in was incredibly easy. The house is clean and spacious enough for 3 to 4 people. However, one of the wooden tables needs to be repaired or replaced because its leg is broken, which could be dangerous for kids. Also, please remember to provide trash bags in the wastebasket. Other than that, I was really satisfied and thoroughly enjoyed my trip!"

Poor facilities, those ceiling fans can't be used w/o remote control.Given only one stand fan to be used and quite small.All those wooden chair not safety to be sit due the stand not stable.Anyway overall were clean but not recommended if you all guys with high expectation.

Perfect location. The room is big and well cleaned. The view is nice especially during night time. Here will be my first choice to stay if I ever come to Butterworth again. Overall, this is one of the best place I ever stay

The place is very suitable for families to stay. Very big space and all function well, service was tip top. The owner also gave clear instructions and was very helpful.
