Very bad experience. The room was extremely dirty and there were cockroaches. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel before. Even after changing rooms twice, the condition was still unacceptable. We checked in and checked out within one hour, and no one gave us any feedback afterward. I requested a refund, but did not receive any response from the hotel, which made the experience even worse.

A neat and comfortable hotel for a short stay. A filtered water dispenser is provided in the common area. There are benches and tables for guests' use. Only one TV channel was working.

The hotel environment is great, very clean, and also very close to the subway, which is super convenient. The customer service staff are also very helpful and actively assist with any issues.

Decent budget hotel. Comfortable bed, just nice for budget traveller that just need to sleep and change clothes. Nearby nasi kandar stall that is super delicious.
