Unfortunately, our stay at Woodsbury Suites did not meet expectations. The apartment was very dirty and clearly in need of a thorough cleaning. A proper level of cleanliness would have made a big difference to our experience. We found dust and grime under the beds, on kitchen shelves, inside the fridge, and in the corners of every room. All surfaces felt unclean, and the kitchen area and the bathroom was particularly unpleasant. There was no proper bedding provided – only some blankets, which we were unsure had been washed between guests. We ended up buying new blankets ourselves from a nearby supermarket. We actually started our stay by cleaning the apartment, which is not what you expect when booking accommodation. On the positive side, check-in was easy via the 24-hour security guard, and we received clear information before arrival. The Wi-Fi, elevator, and air conditioning all worked well. We stayed on the 21st floor, which offered a beautiful view.
