Watergate Boutique Hotel

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the most! We even extended our stay & it was definitely worth it!

stayed here for a wedding they let us in earlier than check in time breakfast the next day was great refills constantly

The room was small and pretty sure was not cleaned properly. There was an underwear left in the toilet floor and the toilet smells bad when we checked in. We requested the receptionist to allocate us a new room but they declined. The hot and cold shower is non functional. Extra water and towels are chargeable.

The extra pillow smelled like PEE! It wasnt cleaned or replaced at all. Disgusting

Hotel location ok, but not very well signed. Appalling parking. Room allocated (Queen) ok but location appalling ( open curtains to look onto maintenance yard!) Very poor hot water in shower/bathroom. Towels appalling, very old and very hard. Wouldn’t clean my car with them. Restaurant food very good except no wine of any nature despite the menu offering a wide selection. So very poor management control. Swimming pool okay except some scum on surface of water and the mosaic tiles in and around pool needed cleaning  badly and missing and loose tiles needed replacing. Better house keeping needed.

Love the armosphere and the size of the Hotel just right it's the first time I check in a hotel that is not huge lobby and the amount of guest just right. Love it!

The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and has good amenities. The rooms and common areas were kept tidy, and I appreciate the effort put into maintaining the property. However, my biggest concern was the Wi-Fi connection. I stayed for a week and experienced connectivity issues throughout my entire stay. As someone who relies on internet access, I ended up using my mobile data most of the time because the Wi-Fi was unreliable. I also found that some of the staff in the dining area were not very welcoming. While not everyone was unfriendly, a few crew members came across as dismissive and seemed to have an attitude when interacting with guests. Customer service is an important part of the hotel experience, and I hope management can provide additional training to ensure all guests feel welcomed and valued. Overall, the hotel has good facilities and cleanliness standards, but the Wi-Fi issues and inconsistent customer service affected my experience.
