Holiday Inn Express & Suites BYRAM by IHG

Property was cleaned and the staff was very friendly but the inside is dated and the lighting in the hall are dingy

Everything was like new. It seemed like this was a new hotel, but I was told it had been around for a few years. It certainly looked and smelled new. Great stay!

No noise from traffic. Some guests noise. Bed was comfortable. Good hot water for showers. Had mold in the bathroom by shower and lower shelf in shower had 2 large drywall screws under it to support it.

Room was very clean, staff were kind and professional and the breakfast food was fresh and tasty!!

Air conditioner was great we loved the breakfast and the mexican restaurant Capirakes was awesome

The curtain over the window. Shredded as inl lowered it. Definately dry rotted.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean. The bed was super comfortable.

It was the worst communication I’ve ever experienced I talked the 2 people the day I was arriving to my hotel and they both were very respectful and told me the check on time I gave them was okay as long as I let them know. I call I hr before I get there a new lady at the desk so rude told me I could check into my room even after I told her I talked to 2 people that same day and someone else a couple days prior to my booking. I would like to say I’m very disappointed
