Reviews of Green Hotéis

I was very disappointed because the reviews and comments about the place were so positive, which led us to choose this hotel. However, our experience was horrible. We were put in a room where the handheld bidet sprayer behind the toilet was leaking heavily. They didn't provide any housekeeping services or change our towels. I suspect this was because when staff came to our room around 8:30 AM (without even knocking!), they just opened the door and almost walked in on my husband naked! 😡 It was absolutely outrageous! They didn't even return to apologize, let alone change the towels or bed linens. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, and the reception area is quite beautiful.
