For the third straight winter, I decided to return to this heaven on earth, and will probably do so every year for the rest of my life. As a Hilton diamond member for many years, I’ve stayed various resorts, Hilton and other brands, around the world and can honestly say that NO resort I’ve seen comes close to the Waldorf Los Cabos in terms of any and every possible category. However, the thing that really separates this resort from the rest is incredible staff that is not just attentive and courteous because it’s their job. Each of them are truly incredible human beings.. people that are extremely caring, attentive, and amazing on every level. They truly care, not just because they have to… because they want to. . And I was really blown away by this . Also, considering there are only 105 rooms in the whole resort, it’s amazing that there is such a large quantity of people staffing the hotel. . Sometimes I think there is more staff than guests lol. I never had to wait for anything, whether it be a question at the front desk, beach chair, seat at the restaurant,, or anything else ..What started out as a 10 day solo health and wellness vacation turned into a full two week, 14 day journey.. everything was so amazing there and after being kinda sick for the last few months, I really wanted to relax, eat good food, enjoy the ocean and the hotels wonderful facilities, but I couldn’t bear to leave so I extended it to maximize the experience. And remember of the front desk and management staff was also extremely helpful in helping me book the extra days for the extension … I mentioned, I’ve been a bit ill, and because of that ..recently , I’ve been eating no dairy and gluten-free .. so naturally going to Mexico, and not being able to enjoy traditional Mexican food, I was wondering if I would have enough of a selection to enjoy on a restricted diet, especially without being able to eat tacos, and any traditional Mexican food lol However ,every one of the staff was informed of my condition and they were running around like crazy, giving me special foods, specialized options, Instead of the usual chips, guac and salsa that they bring to the room each day, they brought me special, gluten-free chips and gluten-free cookies, they did too many things for me to list in one review, but it was endless and it was almost embarrassing to be attended to in such a manner. I was there by myself for so long that I ended up becoming very friendly with a lot of the wait staff…The folks there are just the most genuinely amazing people, and the resort itself is truly paradise. being there is addicting and it was so hard to leave. I had The most incredible room [they really are no bad at this resort ] had the most incredible views, its truly heaven on earth. THE most perfect place ever, I will mention some, but by no means all, of the staff that was so great to me. What’s nice is that many of them have been there for several years ago and remember me, recognize me, from
