Our stay at Villa Palmar was excellent! The property was right on the beach, surrounded by beautiful views to wake up to every single morning. The property was also clean and had everything a person needed. My friend and I enjoyed the facilities and the multiple options in terms of pools and jacuzzis. We especially loved the jacuzzi right in front of the ocean. The food was actually so beyond delicious for being a resort that offered all inclusive options . The breakfast buffet was hands down our favorite place to dine every single morning- shout out to Omar the best waiter at Bella California in the mornings! Taco Bar was a delicious place for lunch, the tacos and fresh tortillas were everything. Both restaurants, Carbon and Bella California offered nice dinner options. All of the staff was amazing, poolside, within the resort, and at all of the restaurants. I recommend this hotel so highly!

Awesome place but EXPENSIVE to eat and drink if youre a non member. Thank goodness there is a full size fridge, stove, pots, pans and dishes. Go to WalMart and buy food. Eat downtown Cabo

A great location on the beach at an attractive price. Food, drinks and service were all quite good! Clean, well maintained property with friendly, helpful staff. I'd come again in a heartbeat!

This was the second time I stayed at the Villa de l Palmar. I had a room with a kitchen. The room was clean and well kept. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was wonderful - the water temperature was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is close to the city and marina. We did not rent a car and were able to walk everywhere and felt safe.

The property is nice. I paid for an ocean view but didn’t have a balcony that could over look with out standing and looking over a wall. Been several times, but probably my last.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property. My room had cleanliness issues from the previous guests that werent addressed, in the sink and bathroom. Decided to do the buffet one night and at $90 a person i expected better. Food was terrible.

We were there in 2021 and, like this time, had a wonderful room in Bldg. 2 with a view of the Arches. We didn't like two things. First, the noise. Even though it was the same in 2021, it "grows" on you. There is all day hoopla at the pool, with volleyball matches, a loudspeaker bingo game in the afternoon and then very noisy and intrusive entertainment "shows" on a stage every night, yes, every night. Only last about an hour but feels like being trapped on a cruise ship. There are dancers and "singers" but it's all canned and lip-synched, so of no interest to travelers like us. If you want quiet,try Del Arco down the beach, an affiliated hotel. The second thing was prices were ridiculous--$35 for a small can of sunscreen and $40 for a margarita to pour in my travel cup and take to the room. Evidently added all kinds of service charges. Even regular coffee was $8 for a large at the little hotel store. Will consider other places next time.
