Americas Best Value Inn Cabot

Brealfast was good. Checkin was smooth and the stay was nice. Blankets are thin for having ice every where. But it did thd trick.

Everything was good. Beds were comfy, room was clean. Breakfast did open late one day so we had to figure out where to eat last minute.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, pillows fluffy, all appliances in good working order and the bathroom was spotless. The only problem is the WiFi is very spotty. If you are traveling on business, you will need another internet option.

It was clean and affordable as we were in town from Texas for my daughter's wedding. Had to check in late so called ahead and had no problems checking in. Staff was friendly and responsive!

Parking was fine. But your customer service is horrible. My mom tired for four days to speak to someone about the refund for pet deposit. My brother who had a sad did not come. She called and spoke to so many useless people. Then they gave her a corporate number which went to an entirely different hotel chain. She had to drive back to Cabot Ark from Texas to resolve issue. No one seemed to know how to tell her the refund was refunded to card. And the number online does not get u to the hotel in Cabot. I can time she called a different person answered and the phone line kept disconnecting. What a total F up. Will never use the this hotel again anywhere and will make sure everyone I know knows this. And I will put out reviews wherever I can. So unhappy. But finally went to hotel in Cabot after drive from Texas like I said and it was refunded and card and it better show up as refunded. She reserved room for me and my brother for my grandmas funeral. Such poor service. Room was ok and clean.

Great Motel parking for truck with trailers many restaurants nearby.

Spottles. Cleaned daily. Supplies refilled promptly.

Good value. Overall site was neat and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast needs to be enhanced.
