The service was fine. The configuration of the room was not. The toilet was right next to the bed and the bathroom (sink, shower) was all the way down the hall. It was very unpleasant. However, the bed was very comfortable, the robe was very cosy and the Illy coffee capsules were excellent.

The service of the hotel staff is very good. I can't buy pain relievers for stomach pains at night. The hotel called the pharmacy I knew and asked the pharmacy to open the door to provide us with pain relievers~

總體來説，是一次非常不愉快的入住。
單純從location及view來説還是不錯，接下來闡述下不滿意的地方：
1、酒店比較老，櫥門不能完全密閉；
2、沒有淋浴房，浴缸淋浴時浴簾會往身上吸，怪噁心的，因為浴簾不是每天更換，我不確定是不是隨着客人變動而更換，想想挺可怕的；
3、洗臉枱盆有個小洞，入住時就發現了，但覺得如果沒有影響就不保修了，結果使用時會滲水，因此報修，酒店方居然問是不是我弄壞的，什麼邏輯，如果真是我弄的，我何必保修，再説老傷一眼就能看出；
4、最離譜的事情是我的信用卡在結賬時已經刷卡成功，我扣款提示都收到了，但前台就是説沒收到，並一再要求提供其它付款方式再付一次，我一開始是拒絕的，但貌似不付，他們就不讓離開、我衹能再提供家人的卡片，這才被髮行。兜兜轉轉將近一個月，最後酒店説他們收到我卡片付款的那筆款，衹是收款方是他們集團旗下的另一個property，大烏龍，後續再退款到家人卡上，這這這….毫無體驗感可言。
深表失望，以後途徑那裡，絕對不會選擇這家酒店了，也奉勸中國驢友，如果一定要住他們家，最好現金付按金、現金付房費。

Beautiful hotel on the sea we had a balcony sea view room that had amazing views worth every penny clean rooms - valet was quick , front desk friendly and helpful as was the concierge who helped with planning our days there with tips on D Day beach visits , cider trail and visiting a local Saturday market. Many restaurant choices and cute shops steps from the hotel would love to come back to this gem in the summer. Thanks for the memories!

The rooms were great if you have a sea view. Really beautiful in the morning and afternoon. We wanted an easy meal so we went to the hotel bar. Waited half an hour before we were asked for drinks, no drinks menu offered, we had to ask for it and then another 20 minutes to get our drinks - a glass of cocktail and a bottle of wine. Only brought out one glass so asked for another as I was there with my husband. We ordered the food - dozen oysters, cheese platter and fries. An hour later the food arrived minus the chips. We had to ask for the chips 10 minutes later as they had not brought them out. No apology or anything said from the waiter. When we went to pay, not a single thank you for being patient or tolerant of their uselessness. Not even a thanks for dining. It cost us 130 euros for rubbish food and even worse service. So disappointing and will never eat there again. It would have been better to eat at the many restaurants in the village.

Everything was First class from the rooms to the staff to the facility and the restaurant. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was on the Normandy coast.

Incredible place but the hotel is dated and needs to be preserved/renovated. No HVAC and limited staff/services. The ****** was unwelcoming. Really a shame as it has the potential to be amazing and the town is even more charming that Deauville.

Room 108 - facing front of hotel. King size bed and pillows very comfortable. Mini bar with complimentary water. Toilet is separate from the shower and sink. Not much storage space. Closet but no drawers. Robe and slippers provided. Breakfast buffet good; can order cappuccino, etc. and eggs.
